Qualifying Criteria

Applicants Qualification Criteria

* No Co-signers are accepted*

1. Income is based on net income, must be 3 times the amount of rent. Proof of income must be submitted to be consider for approval.

2. A credit report will be pulled, the credit score will need to be 620 and above, no current bankruptcy or judgement are accepted.

3. Clean rental history is required, no balances due are allow, no relative's rental verification is accepted. 

4. Criminal background is check, no felony are accepted, verification must be clear of any offences, call management before applying.

5. One pet allow on certain properties check listing info, pets under 50 lbs, non-aggressive breed, photo(s) of the pet is require.

6. Pet fees are non-refundable, $500 1st pet and $100 2nd.

7. A current (no older than 12 months) physicians letter is required for any emotional pets. Call management first.

8. No more than 3 roommates are allow in any rental properties, income requirement will be based on only two applicants income. No Co-signer are accepted.

Attachment required;

 Copy of IDs for all 18 years and older and 

Pay stubs for each applicant who's income is been used to qualify.

Picture of pet(s)

A current (not older than 12 months) physicians letter that include physician's information is required for any ESAs.
